Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln proudly announces that Vince Boulay has been promoted to President, effective immediately.
Vince will assume responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, while former President Greg Boulay will continue to serve as CEO. The transition is part of a long-term leadership and ownership plan that has been in development since last fall.
A Natural Next Step
Vince brings to the position a diverse background in accounting, entrepreneurship, business development and sales and marketing.
He began his career in public accounting at Lutz, where he focused on audit and financial statement preparation. In 2011, he moved to Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, where he became a franchise owner and operator, opening four retail locations. After returning to Omaha in 2013, he spent four years in Business Development at Lutz, helping clients and prospective clients navigate their accounting, technology and talent needs.
In 2017, he joined Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln. In his most recent role, he served as General Manager of Sales & Marketing with a focus on creating opportunities for employees and solutions for customers. His promotion to President represents a natural progression of that leadership experience and an important step in the company’s long-term succession plan.
Planning for the Company’s Future
Greg Boulay acquired the independently owned Pella branch in 2005 and will remain actively involved as CEO. Among his continuing responsibilities will be managing the company’s relationship with Pella Corporation, a role that will become an increasingly important focus as the company moves forward.
The planned transition is designed to provide continuity for Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln while positioning the company for continued growth. It also reflects the company’s broader commitment to developing leaders from within and preparing them to take on greater responsibility.

He has become integral in Pella’s community advancement efforts, helping support organizations and initiatives throughout Omaha and Lincoln.
