Pella in Lincoln has some of the best customer service I’ve recieved in Lincoln. Nick Wilson was my rep, and after listening to all my concerns and visions, he explained the whole process with thoroughness and worked to get the best solution for me. The personalized experience with Nick as my Pella rep beats any “big box” store in the area. With all the recent hail damage the last few years, I recommend Pella (and Nick) to anyone who will listen!!

Brian Wilwerding and team were extremely professional, walked us through the entire process, got us scheduled in a timely fashion and installed absolutely beautiful windows in our 100-year old home. They specifically selected employees who had experience in our neighborhood, which I very much appreciated as they were able to maintain the overall look and feel of the character of our original windows.

We are very happy with our new Pella windows and door. This was a total replacement of our windows and patio door. Debbie was helpful with details of our window and door selection and in coordination with our insurance company. The installation process and quality of workmanship were perfect. The crew was very pleasant and made the whole process easier than we anticipated. The whole process was also faster than we expected.

All the steps in replacing the ten windows in my home went flawlessly. From the selections, the ordering, the measuring, the scheduling and the final installation all Pella personnel were professional, knowledgeable and personable.

 I had a window replaced on Friday – October 21. The installers were Brandon and Josh and they did an excellent job! The were prompt, personable and exhibited exceptional work ethics. They cleaned up very well when the job was complete and answered all questions in a way that was easy for me to understand.

Met with Don to get quotes on two windows for our house. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Don was able to give us two different quotes based off our budget. I definitely recommend them just based on customer service alone.

We had to replace every window in our house following the May 2019 hail storm. From the time we met with Brennan (salesman) through the installation by Construct Visions we have been completely satisfied with their work. Brennan thoroughly explained the process and made sure the windows were measured perfectly by bringing in the experts. Construct Visions crew, Dominic, Dan and Jason were simply the best. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient, did perfect work and cleaned up every day. I would recommend them to anyone – they are the A-Team! Thank you for your precision work and for making this project as painless and perfect as possible. And a shout-out to Steve, Pella’s painter who came in after the installation and did a perfect touch job on the trim. Thank you all!!

 I work for B Douglas Construction a general contractor in Gretna. I wanted to thank Lori Frederick and the installation team who installed some windows for one of our customers. They not only did a great job but they did it on a day when it was brutally cold. Many companies were not working that day but they got it done keeping things on schedule for our customer! Thanks!

I wasn’t sure what window company to go with after our hail damage on our home. After meeting and working with Nick, I felt extremely comfortable moving forward on the repairs our home needed. He was responsive, kind and not full of pressure. He even took time to meet with our insurance inspector on-site. Anthony measured the windows and he was kind and patient as I walked through all my questions. Now I’m just waiting for windows and install! With the positive experience thus far I must say I’m anxious to meet the installers!

Replacing all windows in our 1960’s home and decided on Pella Lifestyle windows based largely on Consumer Reports’ testing and top recommendation. Spent an enchanted morning with Don Fellows, who is one of the finest people on the planet and an all around swell chap. Don is patient to a fault and guided us through every option and the endless script of stupid customer questions, and he even threw in some good one-liners. We couldn’t have asked for a better window guru. If your shopping for windows, set up an appointment with Don, and make sure and ask him about how the toothbrush was invented.

Very clean open bright showroom/office area. Big windows to the south let in gobs of light so you can see what your product is going to look like out side. Lots of space between window and door displays and an overhead roll out for product display. Not an ounce of unorganized or even organized mass confusion anywhere. More businesses should take a look at this office. I have no doubt that my order will be processed in a timely matter. Step by step, they know when and how things are going to go. A bunch of thumbs up.

Debbie Ruhlman was who I dealt with. Super nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful when we were deciding on windows and doors! Ken Watson was the lead installer. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! He has been doing installations for more than 22 years. One of the windows was cracked on delivery. He explained they ordered a replacement and they would take care of it. They scheduled 4 days for the install but were done in 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up as they went along. They also cleaned the windows! The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. It has be a pleasure from the start of the process! My new windows, doors, and new workforce is gorgeous! I can’t say enough nice things about Pella Windows and Doors! Thank you! Almost forgot to mention they were on time everyday!

Pella has been amazing to work with! We worked with Corey Kull on getting all new windows, 2 sliding doors and a new front door. Corey has been incredibly great to work with, has answered all questions we’ve had and made the process very easy for us. We cannot recommend him and Pella enough!
