- If you purchase windows and doors and have them installed with us, we have electronic records of your project in case you no longer have original receipts or contracts.
- If you sell your home, our product warranties and service agreements transfer to the new owners, no paperwork necessary.
What does Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage mean?
Our limited lifetime warranty covers several of our products and applies to the original homeowner in any owner-occupied, single-family residence for as long as they own and occupy the home into which the products are installed.

The Pella Care Guarantee
When you purchase a window or door through a local Pella dealer like Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln, you’re covered through the Pella Care Guarantee. The Pella Care Guarantee is available exclusively for replacement customers who purchase and install Pella products through their local Pella Window and Door showroom and consists of a package of product and installation warranties as well as a service agreement that cover your products and their installation — including labor — for up to 10 years.
