Aaron Neuroth Promoted to Retail General Manager, Lewis Lundy Named Retail Sales Manager

Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln is proud to announce the promotion of Aaron Neuroth to Retail General Manager, along with Lewis Lundy stepping into the role of Retail Sales Manager. These leadership appointments mark an exciting next chapter as the company continues to invest in its people, strengthen collaboration and enhance the experience it provides homeowners throughout Omaha and Lincoln.

Aaron Neuroth Promoted to Retail General Manager

In his new role, Aaron will oversee the Retail segment across Omaha and Lincoln, bringing sales, marketing, training and showroom teams together under one leadership structure. His focus will be on developing talent, driving continued growth and creating a consistent, exceptional experience for Pella homeowners.

Aaron has earned tremendous respect throughout the organization and across the Pella Distributor Sales Network (PDSN). His accomplishments include being named Pella Corporation’s Sales Manager of the Year for three consecutive years, as well as leading multiple Gold Jacket and President’s Club award winners.

Beyond these achievements, Aaron is recognized for his commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

Lewis Lundy Named Retail Sales Manager

As part of the company’s evolving Retail leadership structure, Lewis Lundy has been named Retail Sales Manager, reporting directly to Aaron.

In this role, Lewis will oversee the in-home Retail Sales Team, focusing on day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, accountability and team performance.

Working alongside Aaron, Lewis will play an important role in developing the sales team and ensuring homeowners receive knowledgeable guidance and personalized service throughout their window and door projects.
