Retail Project Manager

As PC Manager, I coordinate the completion of installs, track product lead and arrival times, and work closely with both our internal team and customers throughout the installation process. I enjoy the challenge of working through difficult installs and making sure every project is completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction.

My background with Pella has given me the chance to build strong product knowledge, and I rely on that along with my customer service skills to create a smooth and positive experience. Pella is where I began my career in windows and doors, and I’m proud to continue growing in this field.

Outside of work, I love paddle boarding, camping, and spending time with my family.
