As a field manager, it is my job to troubleshoot install and service issues, build on site customer relationships, and complete jobsite checks for remodel and new construction installs. I also run hot lab and training sessions for Pella employees as well as for sub contractors. I enjoy the interactions with customers and crews and also love helping installers grow their skills and see them succeed.

I’ve been with Pella of Omaha & Lincoln for 41+ years. In the early years we did installs, service, rental property maintenance, and built apartment buildings and homes. All of these things helped sharpen my problem-solving and decision making abilities. Prior to Pella, when I was in high school, I shingled and insulated houses. After 2 years of Tech School, I framed houses and apartment buildings. I also set interior doors, set cabinets, counter tops, and painted and stained new homes. Following that, I managed the window and door department at a lumber yard in Lincoln where I assembled doors and windows.

I enjoy wood working and fishing in my free time. I have a very close family and really enjoy spending time with them.

Education: NECC in Norfolk, NE – Associates Degree in Building Construction
