As Retail Sales Manager my job is to help manage the Retail Sales Representatives – by helping them accomplish goals and strive for excellence. I have been in sales, management, and leadership for over a decade and have enjoyed helping and coaching people to find success, both professionally and personally, while also helping to build a better future for the next generation.

As a people person, I enjoy sharpening life skills with others. I am humbled to be surrounded by great people and a strong culture like Pella of Omaha & Lincoln.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, watching my kids play sports, coaching wrestling, and working out.
