Greg Boulay
CEO
Greg Boulay is Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln, where he provides strategic leadership focused on long-term growth, business development, acquisitions and developing company leaders.
Boulay acquired the independently owned Pella branch in 2005, bringing decades of financial, operational and advisory experience to the organization. Soon after, he helped guide the company through a significant downturn in the housing market by focusing on leadership development, process improvement and customer service, principles that continue to shape the company’s culture today.
Before joining Pella, Boulay spent 23 years in public accounting, including 14 years as a partner at Lutz and Company, P.C. During his tenure, he helped support the firm’s growth from approximately 20 professionals to more than 100. As an audit partner and business advisor, his work included strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business management, and risk management.
His experience has extended beyond the Omaha and Lincoln markets. Boulay has participated in ownership transitions involving other independently owned Pella branches, providing leadership and financial guidance to new owners. He also serves on the Pella Corporate Advisory Board and has advised privately held middle-market companies throughout his career.
Boulay believes strong businesses are built by developing strong people. His leadership philosophy emphasizes integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and creating opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally. That commitment helped shape the culture recognized when Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln received the Better Business Bureau Integrity Award.
Deeply committed to the Omaha community, Boulay has served organizations including CUES (Christian Urban Education Service), Creighton Preparatory School, Catholic Charities, St. Wenceslaus and Skutt Catholic High School.
A native of Omaha, Boulay graduated from Creighton Preparatory School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Creighton University.
He and his wife have four children and seven grandchildren.
