Pella of Omaha recently completed a window replacement project in the Southwind neighborhood of La Vista, NE. The homeowners selected a combination of Lifestyle Series casement and awning windows, along with a 250 Series vinyl awning window to replace an outdated glass block unit in the bathroom. The project was managed by Local Pella sales rep Brennan Klassen, with expert installation provided by the team at Construct Visions. The mix of products was chosen to enhance both performance and aesthetic appeal, with black exteriors creating a modern, bold contrast against the home’s brick and siding exterior.
Inside, the windows feature a clean white finish throughout most of the home, with a custom blue interior finish on select units to add a unique, personalized touch. This thoughtful combination of color and style helps tie the home’s interior and exterior together, while improving energy efficiency and functionality. The finished result is a dramatic transformation that blends modern design with lasting quality—proof of how the right window solution can elevate an entire home.
