West Farnam Historic Remodel
The West Farnam Historic Apartment condos are undergoing a complete structure restoration. We have the privilege of providing and installing wood double-hung windows that meet the historical requirements of the building.
The Wood Clad windows allowed Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha to provide custom historical grade windows to this apartment complex dating back to 1912. We were able to achieve the variety of window sizes and grille patterns throughout the building while maintaining the historic details. Being built in 1912, this building has the oldest operating electric elevators in Omaha. And it still works!
