Pella Impervia Fiberglass Windows at Blackstone Corner Apartments in Omaha
Blackstone Corner brings contemporary apartment living to Omaha’s Blackstone District with a five-story, mixed-use design that includes 112 apartment homes above first-floor retail and dining space. Built by Ronco Construction for GreenSlate Development, the 140,000-square-foot project features Pella Impervia fiberglass windows and Pella inswing entry doors, selected to complement the building’s clean exterior and support the durability needed for everyday multi-family living. Local Pella sales representative Steve Lanik worked with the project team.
Inside and out, Blackstone Corner was designed for modern urban living with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, heated underground parking, bike storage, a pet wash station, fitness center and shared gathering spaces. Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha and Lincoln helped bring a polished, cohesive look to the project with window and door solutions crafted for long-term performance in a high-traffic residential setting.
