New Construction at Thirty Seven West Farnam in the Blackstone District

Project Story

Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln is proud to have contributed to the Thirty Seven West Farnam project, a significant addition to Omaha’s historic Blackstone District. This nine-story, mixed-use development, spearheaded by GreenSlate Development and constructed by Hausmann Construction, features design by Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. The building encompasses ground-level retail spaces, 159 market-rate apartments, and a 384-stall parking garage, with an additional underground level. ​

Our collaboration involved providing and installing high-quality Pella products to enhance the building’s aesthetic and functional appeal. The installations included:​

• Impervia® Awning and Fixed Windows: Known for their durability and energy efficiency, these fiberglass windows offer sleek design and robust performance, perfectly complementing the modern architecture of Thirty Seven West Farnam.​

• Outswing Fiberglass Doors: These doors provide a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring ease of access while maintaining structural integrity and energy efficiency.​

Pella Commercial Sales Representative Steve Lanik led our team in this endeavor, ensuring that our products met the project’s specifications and contributed to its overall success. And our expert installation crews from Construct Visions knocked it out of the park to ensure this shell was all closed up and ready for finishes. Additionally, during the construction phase, our Architect Representative hosted fellow architects on-site to observe the window installation process firsthand. The visit was followed by a CEU presentation covering best practices in window installation, reinforcing our commitment to education and industry collaboration.​
