On another note: I need you to do us a favor! I would like for you to pass on this compliment to your management of the primary installers Mario and Josh! They were polite, helpful, hard working, and clean! Mario has a bit of perfectionism in him! They were on time, rarely took breaks, and we were comfortable having them in our home and did not feel the need to keep an eye on them. I can’t say that about many of the contractors we have dealt with. Just nice pleasant young men! Pella should be proud to have crew’s like that! Merry Christmas to you and Yours!

The installers showed up on time, very professionally went over the job they planned to do with me, which completely agreed with what we had previously planned. They came well prepared, meaning they had all the tools, units, and consumable goods on the vehicles---able to do the job in total without unnecessary interruptions in the installation process.
As the installers worked through the process of removing the windows, they were conscientious about continually cleaning up after themselves, keeping the work area clean and keeping the yard or exterior area of the house (deck) clean. I was quite impressed with their attention to detain in keeping the work area clean.
All work was completed in a timely, expeditious manner---far exceeding my expectations for the size of the job. The men were utterly professional, and considerate of my wife and small children who came home towards the end of the install job. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work the men did on the install job, nor in the way they conducted themselves with my family around.
One of the unexpected bonuses of this Pella install is the conversion of our kitchen window to an Awning window, which, in essence, makes it into a picture window. We often find ourselves standing in the kitchen simply looking out the window, enjoying the panoramic view now afforded us by the innovative change suggested by the salesman as we went through the many changes negotiated for this job. I must also put in a plug for the patience of the salesman, as we went back and forth a number of times in debating what changes to make, what we could afford and looking for innovative ways to improve on the changes we were making for the money we had allocated to spend towards this particular home improvement project.
In short, I will use Pella again when I replace other windows in my home, and would highly recommend Pella to friends and co-workers in need of similar services.
